ERROR 0101 - Could not find column labels "Name" and "Source" in <bc_database>.

Description
The BC Database must have two columns labelled "Name" and "Source" - see Section 4.10 of the 2010-10 TUFLOW Manual.

Suggestions
Check the BC Database file shown in the message has the columns "Name" and "Source".
