Must use "2D Domain" commands to specify multiple 2D domains. The mandatory .tcf commands that occur within a 2D domain block are:
BC Control File
Geometry Control File
Timestep

Optional commands that can be used are:

Set IWL
Read MI FC
Read MI GLO
Read MI IWL
Read MID IWL
Read MI LP
Read MI PO
Instability Water Level
