Description
An invalid option specified for the Global Rainfall command in the .tbc file. Valid Global Rainfall commands are:
Global Rainfall Area Factor ==
Global Rainfall BC ==
Global Rainfall Continuing Loss ==
Global Rainfall Initial Loss ==
