Description
An error caused by reporting locations being read in 1D block or in .ecf file. This error is also triggered when reporting locations are used in 2D only model.

Suggestions
Place reporting locations command in .tcf outside of the 1D block. Make sure the model has 1D elements or change 0d_rl into 2d_po for 2D only models.
