Exceeded maximum boundary condition table size, or table size is less than 1 row.

Suggestions
Search in the .tlf file for the error and identify a boundary condition .csv that was read just before the error was written. Strip the .csv file from any extra lines and unnecessary information. If required create a new .csv file and populate with essential data only.
