I have more than 27 years of experience as a Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager for the design of roadways, storm drainage, various hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, sanitary sewer and water utilities, detention/retention basins and water quality designs, site grading, and erosion/sedimentation control measures.  I have worked on private and public improvement projects for multiple municipalities, and has extensive experience with Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, Nevada and Arizona state requirements and methods of design.
