For "<tt>Wetting and Drying == ON Method B</tt>" which has been the default method since 2012-05 a non zero WrF must be specified. For "<tt>Wetting and Drying == ON</tt>" or "<tt>Defaults == Pre 2012</tt>" a zero value could be used to locally turn off the weir function.
