ERROR 2306 - WrF value must be greater than zero.

Description
Occurs when a WrF (Weir calibration factor for upstream controlled weir flow) of zero has been found. For "Wetting and Drying == ON Method B" which has been the default method since 2012-05 a non zero WrF must be specified. For "Wetting and Drying == ON" or "Defaults == Pre 2012" a zero value could be used to locally turn off the weir function.

Check for zero values that may have been inadvertently applied using one or a combination of the following commands: Read GIS WrF==, Set WrF==, Read RowCol WrF==.
