Prior to built 2018-03-AA the licence can get lost when the map output is very infrequent. The infrequent output could cause TUFLOW to drop the licence and attempt to re-take the licence after a long period. As a workaround, the map output frequency can be changed to more frequent or a small output zone can be set with more frequent output.
Occasionally, the licence can get lost for the 2018 TUFLOW releases when the map output is infrequent and the model doesn't have any 1D or hidden 1D structurs e.g. a QT boundary.
