Description
When "Model Origin and Extent == AUTO" option is used, level 1 polygon in 2d_qnl GIS layer should be within code polygon.
Suggestions
Modify nesting polygon 1 to be within code polygon or delete nesting polygon 1 and set "Model Origin and Extent == TGC" in Quadtree Control File.
