Elton Frederic Chong is the supervising engineer at the Waterways and Flood Management unit at Gold Coast City Council. He completed his Environmental Engineering degree at RMIT University and has worked for a number of consulting firms . He has about 12 working experience in the field of environmental surveys and studies as well as hydrologic and hydraulic modelling.
