Description
The boundary condition ID in GIS 2d_bc file could not be found in the boundary condition database csv file.

Check the names in the 2d_bc file and the bc_dbase.csv are consistent.
This error is common if a user has mistakenly used either a 2d_bc template file in combination with the command "Read GIS SA =="; or the 2d_sa template file in combination with the Read GIS BC == command. Check that the correct template file is matched with the correct command. 2d_sa should be used with Read GIS SA == , 2d_bc should be used with Read GIS BC == .
