Useful where the cross-section line is surveyed oblique to the flow direction. The skew angle is zero degrees in the direction of flow and 90 degrees if surveyed a right angles(!) to the direction of flow. For example, a value of 45 adjusts the horizontal dimensions by dividing by the √2. \|suggestions=Cross-sections can't be perpendicular to flow direction. Specify a skew angle of 89.9 degrees or less.<br> If converting from an older model with additional attributes in the 1d_xs layer, care should be taken ~~that~~as the 12th column is now treated as a skew angle if it is a numeric field.
