ERROR 2220 - Read MI Shape commands can only be used if "Z Line Cell Selection == Method D".

Description
Line Cell Selection == Method D has been the default since TUFLOW build 2007-04-AC. Read GIS Shape (Previously Read MI Shape) commands such as Read GIS Z Shape and Read GIS FC Shape, do not work with previous Line Cell Selection methods.
Suggestions
Use current Line Cell Selection methods or avoid "Shape" objects.
