For <tt><font color="blue">Wetting and Drying </font><font color="red">== </font><font color="black">ON</font></tt> or <tt><font color="blue">Defaults </font><font color="red">== </font><font color="black">Pre 2012</font></tt> a zero value could be used to locally turn off the weir function.
