Description
The rainfall polygon without a boundary name has no rainfall points inside the polygon.

Suggestions
The rainfall boundary name for a GIS polygon read in with the command Read GIS RF Polygon == <gis file> must be specified on using either the Name attribute or by specifying a rainfall point within the polygon (with a valid name). If both points and a name on the polygon are specified the name on the polygon prevails.
