At least one cell centre has to fall within 2d_bc and/or 2d_sa region. If grid_check file is not created, "<font color="blue"><tt>Verbose </tt></font> <font color="red"><tt>==</tt></font> <tt>ON</tt>" can be used to output working grid check files.
