Description
Faces may have a flow width factor applied to represent reduced available flow area of the face (for example, if a building occupies part of the face). The changed flow width applies at all depths.

For example, a factor of 0.1 will limit the flow width to 10%.

When reading from a polygon object in GIS format, any cell sides that fall within the polygon will have the width factor applied. These factors can be reviewed within the uvpt_check file, and logically cannot be negative. Negative factors are not permissible.

Suggestions
Review the applied face width factors and ensure none are less than 0.
