Unable to run HPC solver with "Global Rainfall Use Material Loss == OFF".

Suggestions
Cannot run HPC solver when the TCF command, Global Rainfall Use Material Loss, is set to OFF. Either run the model in the Classic solver (via the TCF command Solution Scheme == CLASSIC), or allow global rainfall to use material loss. Refer to the TUFLOW Manual for further information on global rainfall.
