Description
The SCS (U.S. Soil Conservation Service) initial abstraction parameter for soil with ID <>, is greater than the typical value of 0.2.
Suggestions
The SCS initial abstraction parameter must be between 0 and 1, however, a value greater than 0.2 is unusual.
