ERROR 0643 - extracting projection from "<>" | "<>".

Description
Error occurred while extracting projection from a GPKG. The first "<>" will be the database file path and the second "<>" will be the layer name. E.g. ERROR 0643 - extracting projection from "database.gpkg" | "projection".
Suggestions
Check the .tlf and the console for any prior error messages that might indicate why there was an issue extraction the projection. Check the layer in a GIS program to see if there are any issues. Can also try and recreate the layer in QGIS (be re-exporting the data into a new GPKG) to see if this fixes the issue as a last resort.
