TUFLOW Message
ERROR 2828 - Nesting polygon "a" not completely within level 1 polygon.

Description
When Model Origin and Extent == AUTO option is used, level 1 polygon in 2d_qnl GIS layer should be within code polygon.
Suggestions
Modify nesting polygon 1 to be within code polygon or delete nesting polygon 1 and set Model Origin and Extent == TGC in Quadtree Control File.
Check the 2d_dom check file to ensure that the model domain fully encompasses the entire code polygon.
