ERROR 2441 - HQ boundaries not yet supported for GPU Solver.

Description
The stage-discharge (HQ) boundaries are not yet available in the TUFLOW GPU module.
Suggestions
The HQ boundary will need to be replaced with a HT boundary. If the water level is at ground level or below, normal flow is applied at the boundary.
