Description
The .xml format TIN file contains point (location and elevation) within the xml tags <Pnts> and </Pnts>. The file contains no </Pnts> which indicates the end of the point data has not been read.
Suggestions
Check that the .xml file is a valid file and that it has been completely written before running TUFLOW.
