Specify a level 1 nesting polygon or set "<tt><font color="blue">Model Origin and Extent </font><font color="red">== </font>TGC</tt>" in the Quadtree Control File (QCF). The QCF command <tt><font color="blue">Model Origin and Extent </font><font color="red">== </font></tt> can be set to '<tt>Auto</tt>' or '<tt>TGC</tt>'. If set to '<tt>Auto</tt>', the extents of the level 1 GIS polygon are used to define the model origin and extents. If set to '<tt>TGC</tt>', the model is located as per the commands in the TGC file.
