The QCF command <tt><font color="blue">Model Origin and Extent </font><font color="red">== </font></tt> ==can be set to '<tt>Auto</tt>' or '<tt>TGC</fonttt>'. If set to '<tt>Auto</tt>', the extents of the level 1 GIS polygon are used to define the model origin and extents. If set to '<tt>TGC</tt>"', the model is located as per the commands in Quadtreethe ControlTGC Filefile.

* Set <tt><font color="blue">Model Origin and Extent </font><font color="red">== </font>TGC</tt>" in the QCF. Then, no level 1 polygon is required in the 2d_qnl (Quadtree Nesting Level) GIS layer.
