ERROR 3048 - Wind/Wave Shallow Depth 2 must be > Depth 1.

Description
When applying wind/wave stresses the applied stress is blended between two threshold depths. Refer to the "Wind/Wave Shallow Depths" command. The upper threshold depth is not greater than the lower threshold depth.
