WARNING 2905 - Code value specified is greater than 1, using 1.
Alternate Message
WARNING 2905 - Code value specified is less than -1, using -1.

Description
If a value specified in the 2d_code input later is greater than 1, TUFLOW will set the value to 1. If the value is less than -1, TUFLOW will set the value to -1. The valid options for cell code are:
- Code -1, inactive cell but included in outputs (HPC and Classic only)
- Code 0, inactive cell
- Code 1, active cell
