ERROR 2580 - Reading soil vertical layer number. Must specify number after "<>", "<>": "<>".

Description
When specifying soil ID, thickness, or other parameters for a specific soil layer, an integer number must be used. For example:
Set Soil Layer 1 == 1
Read GIS Soil Thickness Layer 2 == <gis_layer>
