Description
TUFLOW has lost contact with the Softlok dongle that was used to start the simulation.

Suggestions
Please check that the dongle is still available.
For a local licence check that the dongle is is inserted and (caution inserting a dongle into a peripheral such as a screen can cause issues if this is powered off).
For a network licence check that the licence server is powered on and the Security server is running. Ensure that the client machine can communicate with the server.
