This GIS check file contains the locations of the 1D Water Level Line (WLL) objects. The 1d_WLLp Check File contains information about the water level line point objects.
Attributes of WLLo_check
Attribute Name | Attribute Description |
---|---|
Dist_for_Add_Points | The minimum distance interval along the WLL to generate elevation and material sampling points (WLL Points). These points form the corners of the triangulation. |
Upstream_Node | The ID of the upstream node. |
Downstream_Node | The ID of the downstream node. |
Weight_to_US_Node | The weighting to the upstream node. For locations between nodes, the water level is taken as a linear interpolation between the upstream and downstream water levels. This interpolation is based on the distance to the US and DS nodes. For example a water level line that is exactly halfway between the US and DS nodes with have a weighting of 0.5. If the nodes are 100m apart and the WLL is 10m from the US node and therefore 90m from the DS node will have a weighting to US node of 0.9. (90% of the WL is from the US node and 10% from the DS node). |
Upstream_Channel | The channel upstream of the WLL, for a WLL snapped to a node this is the primary upstream channel. For a WLL partway along a channel this is the channel ID the WLL is connected to. |
Downstream_Channel | The channel downstream of the WLL, for a WLL snapped to a node this is the primary downstream channel. For a WLL partway along a channel this is the channel ID the WLL is connected to. |
