ERROR 2308 - Event <event name> not defined by "Define Event ==" command.

Description
An event is is used which is not defined in the event file (.tcf command: Event File == <event file.tef>. In the event file (.tef) each event should be defined with a Define Event == <event name>. An example of an event file is provided in Section 4.12.1 of the 2010 TUFLOW manual.
Suggestions
Check event name used in batch file and ensure an entry exists for this event in the event file (.tef)
