Method
To copy and paste into/from the TUFLOW Console Window the window must be set up to be in Quick Edit mode. To check or set this up right click on the title bar of the Console Window and select Properties to bring up the dialog below. Tick Quick Edit Mode and press OK.
In windows XP one of the following dialogues should appear below. Select the bottom option in either case so that the quick edit setting is saved for future windows. Windows 7 should automatically save the preference.
To copy text from the Console Window onto the Clipboard, select the text by dragging the cursor with the left mouse button held down. The image below shows the TUFLOW build version being selected.
Click the right mouse button and the text is placed on the Clipboard for use in other applications.
To paste text into a Console Window, copy the text to the Clipboard, go to the Console Window and right click the right mouse button and the text is pasted into the window.
