There are three levels of message in TUFLOW in increasing order of severity they are "Check --> Warning --> Error". An warning indicates that data has been processed that is unusual, this doesn't stop the simulation from starting. However, these should be reviewed. An example of a warning is a Manning's n of 0.001 which is unusually low.
