TUFLOW Message
ERROR 1103 - Must have ten extra attributes appended to 1d_nwk layer to use the weir over the top option.

Description
If using the extended (1d_nwke) attributes, which allows automatic weir over the top of structures, the additional GIS attributes as per Table 4.15 1D Model Network (1d_nwke) OPTIONAL Attribute Descriptions in the TUFLOW manual (2010) version.
Suggestions
Ensure GIS attributes for a 1d_nwke layer match with the empty file (1d_nwke_empty) as written by TUFLOW.
