Description
It is permissible to have overlapping RF and SA regions that apply sources to underlying cells. However, HPC
has an inbuilt limit of 4 for the number of such sources that can be applied to any given cell.
Suggestions
Check the RF and SA region definitions and ensure that there are not more than four overlapping at any point.
