Description
"E" and "T" are flow area flags for XZ type cross-sections (see ecf command "Flow Area" in TUFLOW Manual for more details). Specify an “E” to use effective area or a “T” to use total area when calculating the flow area. If neither is specified, the global value set using "Flow Area ==" is used, the default flow area method is effective.

"F" and "N" are vertical change in resistance for CS or HW type cross-sections. Only one of the following should be specified:
“F” for a multiplication factor; or
“N” for a Manning’s n value.

Suggestions
Specify only one of either an "E" or a "T" for flow area flags or "F" or "N" for vertically varying resistance flags.
