The simplest option would be to do conversions in QGIS and then work in ArcGIS Pro but would require closing the files in QGIS before working with them in ArcGIS Pro. If you have python experience, it should be possible to run the conversion tools using the ArcGIS Pro python environment but this has not been tested.
