TUFLOW Message
WARNING 2320 - GIS layer for Read GIS Code command might be a 2d_bc layer
Alternate Message
ERROR 2320 - GIS layer for Read GIS Code command might be a 2d_bc layer (occurs for TUFLOW builds prior to 2013-12-AA)
Description
The attributes within the GIS layer referenced using the tgc command Read GIS Code do not conform with the expected format of a 2d_code layer.
Suggestions
Active and inactive areas may be defined using the tgc commands Read GIS Code and/or Read GIS Code BC. When using the Read GIS Code command, code values are extracted from objects in a 2d_code layer. When using the Read GIS Code BC, code values are extracted from objects in a 2d_bc layer that have a Type attribute of “CD” and a code value taken from the 2d_bc f attribute. Confusing the GIS layer types with the two commands will result in a WARNING (or ERROR) 2320 message being produced. Check the GIS layer format is referenced using the correct tgc command.
