Description 
Same rainfall gauge applied to 2D cell more than once.
Suggestions 
This error will be outputted if the .tcf command Rainfall Gauges has been set to One per Cell (as opposed to the default of Unlimited per Cell). The message tells the user that more than one RF input (from overlapping RF polygons) has been assigned to an individual cell. This is a good quality control check to prevent duplication of rainfall on a cell.
