2D 1D/2D interface (HX) link applied more than once to 2D cell.  This often occurs when the line registers a 2D cell twice.  Usually not an issue, but may be an indicator that the line(s) have been digitised incorrectly or were accidentally repeated.

Check boundary configuration to determine reason for repeat application, if duplicate or incorrectly digitised lines remove / rectify.
