If you wish to run all of the final models for each module you can use the batch file under Complete_Model\Tuflow\runs\_run_all.bat. Before using the batch file you may need to edit the file in a text editor and change the path to the executable (ISISf32.exe), save then double click on the .bat file in Windows Explorer to initiate the simulations.
