Description
Occurs when a WrF (Weir calibration factor for upstream controlled weir flow) of zero has been found. For "Wetting and Drying == ON Method B" which has been the default method since 2012-05 a non zero WrF must be specified. For "Wetting and Drying == ON" or "Defaults == Pre 2012" a zero value could be used to locally turn off the weir function.
