Prior to built 2018-03-AA the licence can get lost when the map output is very infrequent. The infrequent output could cause TUFLOW to drop the licence and attempt to re-take the licence after a long period. As a workaround, the map output frequency can be changed to more frequent or a small output zone can be set with more frequent output. |
