==Upstream Catchment==
In direct rainfall model, modellers can also benefit from applying relatively large mesh size and SGS at the upstream region of a catchment. The SGS faces correctly capturing the lowest elevation along the gullies to preserve the sub-cell scale flow paths, which improves the hydrologic response for whole catchment models (see Kitts et. al., 2020, link to Duncan's paper in https://www.tuflow.com/Library.aspx???). HoweverThese upstream cell will be treated as partially wet cell, however, which may make the depth plotting challenging. In the simulation these cells are often treated as 'shallow sheet flow' <br>
