The steps above will export the river reach links into a 1d_nwk_L shape file format and the Cross-Section lines into a 1d_xs_l.shp format. These contain the location of the individual reaches as well as the cross-section lines. As it is the cross-section lines rather than the river section lines and may differ as well as include cross-section lines used in bridge links.
