TUFLOW Message
ERROR 0013 - Operating platform different to that specified by "Model Platform ==".

Description
The Model Platform == <w32 or w64> command (in the .tcf) forces the .tcf file to only be run using either a 32-bit (w32) or 64-bit (w64) build. If this message is encountered the incorrect TUFLOW build has been used.
