|message_desc=The "A" flags is used to set the structure losses to adjust. This can only be used for a bridge or culvert channel, e.g. use 1D network type "CA" for a circular culvert with adjusted losses. This flag is invalid for other channel types.<br>
This flag overrides that set with the global <tt><font color="blue">Structure Losses </font><font color="red">== </font>ADJUST or FIX</tt> command.
