Line 10: Whilst it is possible to increase the default HPC Courant, shallow wave celerity and diffusion control numbers (effectively overclocking the simulation), it is strongly recommended not to increase the Control Number Factor above the default of 1.0. A hard upper limit has been set to prevent an increase of more than 20% (i.e. Control Number Factor == 1.2).
