Description
Some time dependent boundary data requires a trigger condition to be met before the time series commences
(for example a wet-day dam failure hydrograph). The list of variables to monitor for triggers are first passed to HPC
as "evaluation groups". The problem is that the supplied index into the list of triggers is out of range. This is
an internal error.
